Karen is our newest member of Locus Studios! As a Graphic Designer, she will create graphics for Law Week Colorado and provide layout and graphics support for proposal responses and other internal and external support. Originally from Maine, Karen has lived in Arizona, Alaska and Colorado, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Colorado. Her background is in web design and animation before she pivoted her career towards print. With experience in many industries including telecom, healthcare, engineering and construction, she is proving to be a great addition to the team.
In her free time, Karen and her husband cheer on their son at soccer and flag football games, and she makes it a point to keep up with current events and politics. Karen prefers the warmth of summer to winter and basks in the mid-summer heat. She’s excited to be part of such a creative team – we’re excited to have you, Karen!
