How many of your contractors are only in it for profit?
When the government pays a vendor, that money should move in a cycle that nourishes and sustains the environment and our communities. Circuit Media believes in creating sustainable practices, and acts no different when handling government funds. Along with our Triple Bottom Line philosophy, we emphasize this commitment through sustainability initiatives and campaigns.

Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Philosophy
Circuit Media mandates diversity, acceptance, and respect at all of our workplaces. This means understanding that each individual is unique and recognizing our individual differences.
We believe everyone should be treated equally and we do not discriminate or make any employment-related decisions based on non-job performance factors.
We foster equal opportunity for all employees. We believe that promoting principles of diversity and inclusiveness enhances not only the lives of our team and partners, but creates stronger and more effective work, where our philosophies shine through.

Circuit Media’s Commitment to
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
To offset environmental strain in our communities, Circuit Media launched a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. This yearly program follows a three-pronged approach:

Support of an identified philanthropic organization through volunteering and pro bono services
A supporting partnership with organizations that assist young people with disabilities
Participation in holiday-focused charitable efforts
This year, Circuit Media proudly supports Girls Inc. of Metro Denver. As a woman-owned business, we empower the next generation of girls to be strong, smart, and bold.

When Circuit Media transitioned to remote work, we encouraged employees to retain sustainability practices used in the office. The result of this effort is the Green Home Handbook. This interactive handbook shares sustainable tips, tricks and best practices for each room in your house.
Circuit Media created a browser extension, BrainBrake, that reminds users to stand, walk, move, and stretch at regular CDC-recommended intervals. Brainbrake’s health prompts are designed to target health concerns linked to computer usage, like eyestrain, back pain, circulation, and other wellness issues.
Circuit Media is promoting a greener and cleaner community by reducing paper towel waste. For this effort, Circuit Media launched a “Shake it, Don’t Waste it” campaign. The ultimate goal is to keep paper out of landfills, reduce the use of natural resources to produce those paper towels, and reduce human impact on the land.
Circuit Media’s Sustainable Space Kit provides actionable and meaningful steps toward operating in a greener space. The kit, which can be downloaded from the links below, provides a variety of resources, tips and data to reference when examining the efficiency of a space.
