Kendell Naetzker joined CM Creative on Jan. 4 and will serve as a design intern. At CM, she’ll be learning more about accessibility standards and digital requirements. Kendell will also assist with the creation of Law Week Colorado covers and completed the Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice cover during her first week on the job.

Of her new role, Kendell said she is most excited to get to work on a variety of things from accessibility to creative projects. “From the very first interview, I felt right away that I knew everyone,” she said, noting the team dynamic will also lend to a good creative flow.

A recent graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver’s Communication Design program, Kendell recently completed an awareness campaign for Access Gallery, a local nonprofit art organization that expands “creative, educational and economic opportunities for people with disabilities,” according to the gallery’s website. Kendell explained that the gallery was losing foot traffic due to the pandemic and needed to build more awareness in the community.

“The campaign was focused on getting some clientele back more naturally. The idea was to create a whole accessible campaign for this accessibility focused client.” Kendell said she plans to leverage that experience in accessibility to learn more about accessibility standards and design.

The native Denverite enjoys spending time with her family at a cabin in Wyoming that’s been in her family for 100 years.

Welcome to our CM Family, Kendell!
