Chris McCarty joined the CM team as an HR Generalist on June 1. He assists with training and onboarding CM employees and staffing contracts and aids in company administration tasks.
Based out of Connecticut, Chris joins the HR team with extensive past experience. He has more than 30 years of experience serving with the armed forces and has a human resources career specialization with the Army National Guard. At the ANG, he provided oversight and onboarding to newly enlisted personnel and supported internal training initiatives, among other responsibilities.
Chris is excited for the opportunity for professional growth and finding innovative solutions with an agile HR team. With a background in graphic design prior to the military, Chris finds creativity everywhere and uses his design chops to find unique solutions to problems. He loves to welcome new challenges and finds his experience with ANG informs his ability to problem solve and keep the energy high.
At CM, Chris dove right in and worked with our HR department to start new initiatives to streamline staffing and recruiting. He spends most of his free time chasing after his three boys while going to little league practices and soccer games but finds time to golf when he can.
