Circuit Media has recently seen some significant success with Colorado state government contracts, and we would like to share them with you!
First off is the Colorado Department of Human Services, Office of Early Childhood.
The Colorado Department of Human Services, Office of Early Childhood (OEC) selected Circuit Media to provide graphic design, writing and copyediting services in order to redesign their website to meet compliance requirements of the Child Care Development Block Grant Act (CCDBG). Working on an abbreviated timeline, the designers and communications specialists at Circuit Media collaborated with numerous members in the agency to write, edit and design content for their new website.
In addition, Circuit Media was tasked with developing and designing new marketing materials for the OEC, including consumer-friendly brochures, one-page marketing materials and educational materials. These items are being developed for various audiences, including parents of young children, child care professionals, and early childhood stakeholders. Because of this variety, Circuit Media was tasked with writing and editing this information for a variety of audiences with different educational and knowledge levels. Circuit Media is also translating these materials into Spanish for non-English speakers!
We are also excited about the Colorado Department of Public Safety!
The Colorado Department of Public Safety (CDPS) chose Circuit Media to serve as a technical writer to help with the preparation of a series of ‘desk references,’ such as instruction manuals and how-to guides, to document daily tasks, policies and procedures from which employees within CDPS operate. The ultimate goal is to have a set of desk references for each position in the Financial Services Unit.
Circuit Media also volunteered the services of its graphic design department to ensure that CDPS has a finished product with photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation and charts that will increase the user’s understanding. Circuit Media will be working to complete all work by the end of the fiscal year.
We enjoy working with our state government.
We are excited about the opportunities to continue to serve these different departments within our state government here in Colorado and look forward to sharing our exciting projects as they come along.
