Circuit Media engaged with the Denver Regional Transportation District (RTD) in Spring of 2020 to provide on-call video production services. Among the initial project requests was a video series for their LiVE program, a discounted fare offering for disadvantaged riders. Within two weeks, our team scripted three videos in collaboration with the RTD marketing department.
The deliverables included a social media marketing ad and two instructional videos on how to apply for and use the LiVE MyRide Card, which is required to secure the ridership discount. Our team filmed the content for all videos in three days, while adhering to strict COVID-19 safety guidelines.
The final deliverables included 12 separate videos, providing RTD with versions for screening in lobbies, use on social media, and directed toward Spanish-language viewers. We also provided closed-captioning for the three videos.
