Circuit Media was contracted to assist a federal agency with its national program redesign and implementation. The agency was unsure of the steps required for successful project completion and needed a guide.
Using Change Management and Design Thinking techniques, Circuit Media researched, prototyped, tested, and iterated new program ideas. The team was required to remain flexible and innovative, while sharing insights and suggesting improvements for the redesign. Circuit Media consistently received exceptional reviews throughout this multi-year contract.
System-wide program changes and improvements were implemented, resulting in increased employee and customer engagement. Nationwide guidelines and rules were developed based on Circuit Media’s recommendations for improvement.
