Kim Waters joined the CM Team as a graphic designer and accessibility specialist on August 16. At CM, Kim will be taking on a combination of graphic design work, project management, and digital accessibility.
Kim comes to CM with a diverse array of skill sets from her previous jobs. She attended the University of Denver, earning a Bachelor’s in both Psychology and Studio Art. At DU, Kim also did lab research on social perception. After graduating, she worked at the Arcanum Group where she managed software programming and administrative programs. At Arcanum, Kim built valuable coding and team communication experience, which she brought into a freelance practice in graphic design and web development.
Kim is excited to dive into work with CM’s talented design team. She noted a strong creative direction within the group, and was drawn to CM’s culture, values, and team environment.
A Colorado native, Kim enjoys traveling and has already explored four continents. She was a professional ceramicist for a time, and still loves working with her hands, either in her home ceramic studio, making homemade pasta, or sewing her own clothing.
