Kate Snapp started on Feb. 1 as an HR Generalist with Circuit Media’s Human Resources team. The team, which assists with training and onboarding of all CM employees including contract employees for CM’s staffing contracts with the federal government, consists of professionals trained in organizational and personnel health.
Kate joins CM with a background in administration and project management, previously serving as an HR Generalist with Douglas County Libraries in a short term position during the COVID-19 pandemic. She’s a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP), and has a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from Colorado State University-Global Campus.
In her new role, Kate said she is looking forward to helping train CM’s contract employees because it combines her love of forward-facing, impactful training and fostering strong employee relationships. “I enjoy connecting an individual’s motivation with their new role. I’m excited to do that here,” Kate said.
Snapp hails from Littleton, Colorado. In her spare time, you can find Kate working on her dish collection blog which she also posts on Instagram. Kate’s husband is a professional chef. Entertaining friends and family with his world-class cooking and her beautiful table settings is one of their favorite things to do. “We fell in love over his hollandaise sauce,” Kate said, “He makes food delicious and I set a pretty table. It’s a good match!”
