Contract Administration and Procurement Manuals

In October 2014, Circuit Media was awarded a contract with the Colorado Department of Transportation to write and design the agency’s contract administration and procurement manuals. Circuit Media’s team of designers and project managers worked closely with contract administrators within CDOT to bring their vision of an interactive instructive manual to life. The iterative creation process involved comprehensive research, writing, editing and design of technical manuals for thirteen contracting areas within the department. Team leads worked to manage contribution expectations and deadline structures for many stakeholders and ensure timely completion of each section despite differing interests, communication capabilities and schedules. The manual is used as a key reference tool for the entire agency.
